Dear members,

EXPECT SOMETHING MORE-LAST CHANCE

1) We have had on OVERWHELMING response and half of the tables are already sold. We will only accept reservations with full payment and will stop at 50 tables or 14th Oct 2011, whichever is sooner.

2) The hotel has informed us that they can only do complete vegetarian tables, but we have negotiated that they will allow a maximum of 2 vegetarian persons for every non-veg table. We have also arranged a veg menu that has a lot of fresh vegetables rather than the usual soya/mock meat (I secretly believe that it will probably be tastier than the non-veg menu!). If you have more than 2 vegetarians for your table, you will have to convert the table to a full vegetarian table or arrange a swap with another table. We are sorry but that is the best the hotel will allow. Please call Dr Somas for any clarification.

3) Timing is very CRUCIAL. Please note that:
a) Couple photography is from 6:15pm to 7:30pm ONLY. The photographer has to dismantle the portable studio after this. Please come early to be professionally photographed, as only one photo will be allowed per couple. If many of you come late, he may rush/refuse your turn.
b) The programme ballroom programme starts at 7:30 pm with the APPLE LUCKY DRAW. You need to put the card stub in the container in the lobby and be in the ballroom with your drinks at this time to be eligible for the iPod and iPad! The cards are to collected from Dr Somas after 3rd October.
c) Our beloved TYT the Governor and the Honourable CM will enter the ballroom at 8:45 sharp so please be ready to greet them heartily.
d) There will be dancing and supper at 11:30pm and we have the ballroom until 12:30am so take this opportunity to stay back and let your hair down.

4) An APPLE product will be awarded for the best dressed gentleman and lady in BLACK&GOLD. Time to hit the malls for some wardrobe shopping!

5) We will be playing a candid camera game during the night so make sure you put on your best smiles!

Star Cruise is organizing fund raising cruise in November the collection of which will be channeled to the Penang Hospice Society.
